The “Buy Canadian” movement helped to make us re-think where we were sending our dollars. Suddenly we were turning products around to see where it was made. Grocery stores added red maple leaves to help identify Canadian brands. Switching to Canadian-made products was honestly easy. I love knowing I am supporting a Canadian brand, helping to contribute to job creation and fueling the economy. It also makes it fun to shop - what Canadian gem will I discover next?
