Andria Gordon is the Founder and Owner of Have Baby. Must Sleep., a leading pediatric sleep consultancy supporting families with babies and young children across Canada and the United States. She is a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant with advanced training in newborn sleep and has personally supported over 2,500 families in establishing healthy, sustainable sleep.

Andria is both a speaker and educator, regularly presenting to corporations, parent communities, and early childhood organizations including daycares and preschools. Known for her compassionate, evidence-informed approach, she is passionate about supporting families through some of the most challenging seasons of parenthood.
